That's 12 heavy bolter shots (3 are twin linked) and a frag each turn. With 3 of these you got 3 missiles and 36 heavy bolter shots (nine twin linked) a turn this should wear it down enough that you can use some terminators to wang Azriel further into the game.

I have no idea on the viabilitiy of doing that, since I don't play 40k anymore, but it's what I used to use when fighting my friends Infantry regiment.
