I was thinking of making some playing card size cheat sheets which I can print off and have as a reference like the below. And also with say my tactical marines where I have different options I could also have the points value for each.

But they take so long to make, I was wondering if there is a program somewhere that someone has created to automatically make them or something similar?

I'm not sure there's a program that could do that, but I have to say those cards are very cool, and I'd say the effort is certainly worth it. I shouldn't imagine you'll need more than 10 max for each army, so it shouldn't be that much work in the long run, and there's no need to duplicte units.

Sorry I can't be more help, but I'll say again, those cards are awesome.

I learned about it from this thread:
http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/412461.page

There are a few different examples/templates in that thread. That's where I grabbed the warlord trait cards I use, but made my own chapter tactics cards

Free program, easy to use. I recommend it.
