How competitive is this list? Any thoughts and feedback is highly appreciated! I fight against orks mostly, otherwise random armies. I want a solid force that could deal with any enemy.

Overall I like it. Seems fairly balanced.

3 things I would change:

1) lose the termies, they don't add that much firepower, if you do that lose the beacons as well since the LoTD can already reroll their scatter.

2) Fill up your Sterns to 10 and get them a pod, they're scoring and their special-issue ammo is awesome.

3) you've already got the +1A bubble from Pedro so get the Banner of the Emperor Ascendant for the Hatred bubble and try to get some more Honour Guards, that will make a really good assault unit.

Its moderately competitive as a list. Here are my suggestions.

Drop the locator beacon. You don't need it. A little practice with learning how to deep strike and it becomes easy to start doing it.

Drop your terminators. They are aweful -- especially vs Orks. They just don't have the dakka-per-point to make them worthwhile.
Drop your power fist on the sternguard vet. What are you going to be punching with it? Orks don't care about power fists or chainswords, they die the same. If you want to take something, just grab a power maul. However, 30 orks on foot, or 20 out of a battlewagon will roll 5 marines with or without a power weapon/fist.
Drop the plasma pistol on the legionnaires. Don't listen to the other guys. They are money. You might even want to try them with meltas if your opponent is bringing lots of battle wagons.

Use a ML or LC over a HB. HBs are just bad on tac squads (unless your IF). Melta guns are also good.
Drop pods are not bad for those guys. I can see you wanting to take them to get them in range. You might want to look at deathwind missiles on your drop pods -- just because of your usual target.
Your scouts should be outflanking in a LSS. Leave the sniper rifles at home. You won't need them.

Hopefully you magnetized your Centurions so you can hot swap their guns. Don't both with the lascannon ones -- they are a bit pricy for what they deliver and you want to diversify your anti-armor. In your case I would actually suggest the assault cents with melta and hurricane bolters. Look in this thread, I explain why.

Otherwise take the grav/HB. Use the grav against any meganobs or vehicles you see. Ork vehicles hate getting immobolized.
Your TFC is gold. Can you get another?
Drop your vindicator. Its just not up to par against orks (or really most other armies). Its just to easy of a threat for a good player to deal with.

I feel like using flamers on the LOTD is a bit of a waste of their ignore cover rule. I'd go melta or plasma instead depending on what you need then put the heavy flamer on the stern guard with another drop pod to support Pedro.
