Hi Dakka Community,
I have been modeling armies for over a decade, but haven't really played many actual games (just some learning games and what I've observed at the shop). In trying to get into the gaming aspect I have started a Tau army.
I am new to the concept of building lists, and could really use some help please!

I notice that the individual unit entries list the point cost of a model, and you can add extras for a price. What it also says is that the model may take up to xyz items (usually three) from the Ranged/Support/etc.. lists.
My question is that I cannot find a cost for the upgrades anywhere in the codex. Does any Tau player know where to find it?

Assuming its the most up to date codex the entries are in the wargear section on page 95.
