Its not bad. Consider trimming the Command Squad down, or dropping it for another Scoring Grav Bike Squad and picking up one or two Thunder Fire Cannons.

Khan is good, but bikes are already ridiculously fast, a tooled out Chapter Master or Captain may be better as it increases resiliency and gives you a melee beatstick.

Thunderfire Cannons merely control the board and give you options vs Hoards.

seams competitive for 1500, i would drop khan for a beef stick captain with arty armour ss and bike, to go with cammand squad and soak up shots. this would then let you drop ss in cammand squad unit.
