Can Ork Nobz take Big Shootaz or Rokkit Launchaz if they're taken in a Boyz mob?
The reason I ask is that the army list states "For every ten Orks in the mob, one Ork may exchange his slugga or shoota for:" and then lists the two guns.
It never says it must be a Boy that takes it. Furthermore, the rules for adding a Nob are: "One Boy can be upgraded to be a Nob". Could this allow Ork Nobz to take Big Shootas or Rokkit Launchaz?

A nob is still an ork.
Unless you have the German codex, where it actually says "ork boyz may replace". You get trukks that always explode 6" and 2" bubbles of grabbin' claws around your battlewagons instead though. Translations seem to be hard.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.

Mm. When I was new to 40k I stuck a big shoota on a Nob before I even had the codex
Not planning on making any Orks in the near future though...
