if you give it the mark of tzeench, would it have a 4 up invulnerable save?

You can't give Forgefiend marks.

However other units in the CSM codex with the Daemon special rule may have the MoT in which case they would have a 4+ invulnerable save. It all depends on what wargear and upgrades the unit can have. The MoT is not listed as an option for the forgefiend.
