If I target a unit with a male diction does that mean all other maledictions and witchfire from the same casting unit must be targeted at the same victim unit? E.g. If I cast say enfeeble on a tactical squad do I the have to use say hallucination and smite on the same unit? I know witch fire must be against the same unit

Blessings and maledictions are used at the beginning of the movement phase and dont restrict you to shoot at the target of the blessing/malediction in the shooting phase.

Unless the are PSAs (in which case they must target the same unit as the rest of the squad is shooting at) or explicitly indicate they must be (can't think of any off the top of my head that do) then no, you are free to target your maledictions at anything you wish, subject to their other rules of course.

There are no PSAs (Psychic Shooting Attacks) that are Maledictions...

I'd be surprised if one appeared, there are Maledictions that causes damage - Objuration Mechanicum (when targeted at vehicles) and Hallucination, but this would not affect which unit you can shoot in the shooting phase.
But fair enough, I wouldn't put it past GW to throw a curve-ball in the future.
