Looks like it's done to a good standard, maybe some close up pics ??
The only thing is though the bases look very uninspiring and could do with a bit of jazzing up. Other than that good job

Some close ups might get more responses and jazzy bases are indeed always nice, very cool color scheme though. I like the 'in-between' color to tie the steel and blue together. Keep it up!

Looks a good start for your first go. If you are open to a little critique I would say,

When painting metallics they will really step up with a bit more variation in colour.
Start with Boltgun and black 50/50 for you base colour and then gradually get lighter down to a light silver in very thin layers to where you think the shine would be (dark in the shadows, light at the raised points) Finish with and edge highlight with your lightest silver with a touch of white. Even over the dark areas. You will really notace a difference with your tin men.

Have a look at the legs on this model to know what I mean.

Good tabletop quality. Nice for a first time.

Very good for first job!

And as others mentioned some effort for the bases and some for the metal washes, highlights perhaps
and this would be more than good tabletop quality.

crisp, clean, and good scheme. I actually havent seen a metal-based necron paintjob in awhile, usually people cover them in something green or make them all red-hot-like. good job!

Fairly clean.

Only thing i dont like is the sand base that doesnt look painted at all.

Kinda detracts from it yaknow?

Now I understand how important correct highlighting is. I’m planning to use different washes and may be I should try some glance finishing mixed with water 1/1 to make metal parts more realistic. I hope that will help me to reach something more then table-top quality. Some words about bases... I tried to make them realistic thats why I used real send and just a little bit of nun-oil on it. May be its not enough, I think ill add some skulls and bones when I will finish full roster.

I like it, fan of the metal Necrons (painting mine mainly metal with an attempt at making it look old, but with the standard green - pics in gallery) and the blue looks ace.

Not sure on the bases though.

Love blue necrons. Some closeup shots would be nice
