Trying to work out how best to use this character in my local league. The CCS has zero choices other than adding in the advisers, so I cannot drop the Standard or the Vox or the Melta or his powerfist, but he does get 3 orders per turn, without having to stomach the point cost of Creed.

The plan is to blob each platoon into 20 guys with 2 lascannons each, and then order both of them, and the PCS with its lascannon, either FOMT or BID, depending on targets.
The PCS with the Plasmaguns, Marbo, the LRs and maybe the Sentinels are the mobile section, leaving behind the static firebase of 5 lascannons and orders to help em stick. The CCS is likely to be manning the Quad on top of the Bastion, and issuing orders.

Here's the list.

HQ
General Myndoras Odon's Company Command Squad (IA 11)
- Meltagun, Regimental Standard, Powerfist, Vox-caster
- Astropath, Bodyguard x2, Master of Ordnance, Officer of the Fleet

Elites
Guardsman Marbo

Troops
Infantry Platoon
- Infantry Squad, Flamer, Lascannon, Vox-caster
- Infantry Squad, Lascannon
- Platoon Command Squad, Lascannon, Vox-caster

Infantry Platoon
- Infantry Squad, Lascannon, Vox-caster
- Infantry Squad, Lascannon
- Platoon Command Squad, 4x Plasmagun

Fast Attack
Armoured Sentinel, Lascannon
Armoured Sentinel, Autocannon

Heavy Support
Leman Russ Punisher, Heavy Bolter Sponsons, Heavy Stubber, Knight Commander Pask
Leman Russ Executioner, Plasma Cannon Sponsons

Fortifications
Imperial Bastion, Quad-Gun

So, what I am looking for is suggestions on what to add or remove to cover any weaknesses. I haven't run Odon before, but getting 3 orders rather than 2 appealed to me, so I am trying to take advantage of that, but still cover all my bases.

For the ability to give out a lot of orders, you sure don't have many troops to take advantage of them. If I were to use an order-centric HQ like that, I'd focus on bring many units that can take good advantage of those orders. Larger blobs with special/heavy weapons, heavy artillery carriages, field mortar batteries, and pretty much every other non-vehicle unit. The sentinels especially seem like an odd choice because you could get most of what they offer from units that can take advantage of orders.

What someone online on the other side of the world that you've never met says should never deter you from taking a unit for being either weak or OP. The community is a great place to come for tactics advice, and there is a lot of very sound opinions and idea out there, but at the end of the day, play the game how you want to... Don't worry about the hordes of Dakka descending on your gaming club to arrest you for taking one heldrake or not using a screamerstar. Knowing the standard opinion (and that's all it is) on what is good/bad and conforming to that opinion religiously are two entirely separate things.

Honestly, I've run out of targets for orders. The two IS blobs get one each, and the PCS gets the last one. The plasma PCS is ordering itself to MMM, leaving only one unused order from the lascannon PCS.
