That's 13 melta guns hidden in the list and 8 lascannons backed up by 160 conscripts that can return from the dead as necessary. Melta guns and lascannons added so tank and flyers can be destroyed. Total of 257 bodies on the field.

Its pretty late here so no time for a more detailed answer atm,but on the fly:
1)Conscripts are terrible;no special/heavy weapons,bs 2 using s3 lasguns, horrible ld 5 (yes Chenkov gives Stubborn on a 12" radius but still,if he gets taken out or stays for some reason away from them, even the slightest breeze will see them break and run/get destroyed),the moment they get destroyed they have to come back from your side of the table so at most they ll just sit back and hold your objectives, and any IC you add to them isnt subject to SITNW.From the thread name i understand that you probably want a conscript them army, but honestly it really wont work.
2)Meltas and LC on bs 3 Guardsmen arent a good investment;flamers,AC,GL(meh),Hbolters(MEH) are. They are also cheaper and more effective against charges.
3)You have 5+ troops sitting on the field without any cover;thats criminal even for Guard standards :p Get an ADL,its only 50 points and will up their survival rates immensely.
4)I ll never, ever, stop endorsing the presence of a LC in an infantry gunline.6" LD 10 bubble for pretty much everything, plus stubborn AND a crapload of ablative wounds through LoS for our fragile HQ to deny an otherwise easy Slay the Warlord?Yes please!Otherwise, get individual commissars to each blob and a second CCS for more orders
5)Either beef up your CCS with 4 special weapons/1 heavy 2 specials and perhaps an advisor or go barebones. One melta wont do anything of note.
6)What are you going to do with flyers? Not all are AT geared, many of them are anti horde kitted.
More things to discuss tomorrow when i am not half asleep on the keyboard :p

You missed the point. The point is to throw bodies into range of weapons and to force the opponent into wiping them out so they can come on again. It's a lolz themed list. This is bad for only one mission type. I know how to make a guard list. It's all I do and have done. Don't try to teach me how to play my bread and butter army.

awesome list man, conscripts are really decent in masse, just be careless with them, you have an unlimited supply. Make sure the enemy is killing the conscripts and let your platoons dpo all the damage. BS2 may suck but nothing argues with a potential 40-120 las gun rounds.... despite what the math says
the one bad thing about this army, enjoy moving models...
ive had games with my old armies where i needed 3+ helpers to move my horde of men so the game could actually end haha.

Field tested the list against a Nurgle themed Chaos Space Marine army. Took 3 hours to complete and only had to send in 3 replacement blobs. Damn near tabled him even with 3 hell turkeys flying around. Hoping future tests prove viable and my ability to move models speeds up.

You could take an Allied Detachment with two SW Rune Priests, giving the Conscript blobs LD10 and ATSKNF, more firepower and close combat/bayonet stab prowess with prescience, and as you march up the field cancel out enemy psychic powers in a 24" bubble.
A squad of Grey Hunters in a drop pod could take a backfield objectives or pop a tank with some melta.

It's a good list, don't listen to nay-sayers. Only thing I can think of adding are a multitude of HWT's for even more lulz. I love Mortar's, and in a fun list like this would just ruin your enemy's day.

I bet you had fun moving all those models i found when using a multitude of guard that moving one or 2 models per squad then finishing my turn helped. During my enemies turn id move the rest of them in a fair way. saves time if your opponent is ok with it.

I do this too, if it's simple. Same with orks.
Like move the 4 corners of a squad, then fill in the gaps..

This could work because of shear numbers alone, and the ability to just get more can win you games.
Being smart with objective placement and target priority you should be able to weigh anyone down.
Personally I like krak grenades better then meltaguns for infantry squads (hitting on 3s and back armour and all) but whatever works.

Rick Priestley said it best:
Bryan always said that if the studio ever had to mix with the manufacturing and sales part of the business it would destroy the studio. And I have to say – he wasn’t wrong there! The modern studio isn’t a studio in the same way; it isn’t a collection of artists and creatives sharing ideas and driving each other on. It’s become the promotions department of a toy company – things move on!

Im not a fan of conscripts, Ive play tested them out a couple of times and the only viable option is chenkov with 1 or 2 squads of 20 blobs of conscripts. Why because the only use for conscripts if to have a permanent scoring unit on an objective. Using anything bigger is wasted points. They have terrible shooting and with their low Leadership they will not leave their deployment. If your opponents smart he would sit mid field and pick off your lascannon teams and keep you pinned in your deployment.
You also dont have any defense line so any decent shooting will make your squads die easily. I would maybe try to get a regimental standard so you at least have reroll morals for your infantry squads so they maybe stay in the fight longer.

WAIT! HEAR ME OUT!
You can get 25 point independent characters that give your massed blobs (and conscripts!) fearless. You can then march them forward while hiding your Named Guy that gives you "Send in the Next Wave"
Jacobus + 5 Priests + 20 girls with full upgrades gives you a fearless power armored blob with three uses of preferred enemy bolter fire. Divide up the priests into the conscript blobs and proceed to LAUGH as they cannot shift your meat walls. When the unit is about to die, shift the priest into another blob and let it wander back into the new wave of conscripts... Choke them with your bodies!
For added lulz, you can bring a unit of 10 arco flagellants, which fit the theme with conscripts, per EACH priest you bring. You can have 60 flagellants... XD
What do you think of that?
1850 list, for your thoughts:
Sisters Allies:
Jacobus
-3 Priests
-20x SoB, Flamer, Flamer, Simalcrum
Guardsmen
- CCS (Autocannon)
-Infantry Platoon
-40x Conscripts (SITNW)
-3x Autocannons
-2x Squads (Melta Gun, Power Axe Sgt)
- PCS w/ Chenkov, Autocannon (this is hiding/shooting)
-Infantry Platoon
-40x Conscripts
-3x Autocannons
-2x Squads (Melta Gun, Power Axe Sgt)
- PCS
-Infantry Platoon
-40x Conscripts
-3x Autocannons
-2x Squads (Melta Gun, Power Axe Sgt)
- PCS
So keep in mind Jacobus gives a 12" bubble of Fearless, too. With the right placement and application of your priests, you'll have a ton of autocannon shot, meltaguns, flamers, a metric TON of lasguns and bolter fire. And all of it can be fearless... Enjoy!

Seeing as there are no sergeants in conscript blobs the 25pt characters could be challenged out, and conscripts have a terrible weapons skil, 2iirc. Its a decent thought and I would actually like that combo with standard infantry platoon blobs as I could use sergeants to accept the challenges and just tie my opponent up for multiple turns.

There is a range on challenge. So keep the priest in the back AND don't accept? Or do accept and priests have the Smash special rule on a Ld7 test. S6 Ap2 at I3. Bring it!
Edit: And if you use Jacobus tactically, you could make those conscript blobs fearless in close combat. Talk about bogging down an enemy.
