IMO, I would swap the Flesh Hounds for Plague Drones. They are awesome tarpitters, but if you like the Flesh Hounds more, then that's fine other than that, great list! I like it alot, I might even use it for my daemons army...

Thanks for the input. I think I'm just a beast kind of guy. I run a beast oriented DE army as well. Also the heralds work well with them and comfortably hold the grimoire to keep Fateweaver alive. Those drones do look pretty sweet though.

Those two horror squads would work much better with a herald in each. Tzeentch herald with Exalted Locus and at least lvl 2 as one roll will be for flickering fire and the other would be for prescience. i am also a big fan of the plague drones. At 1850 I run a squad of 9 with the 3+ poison upgrade, champ w/greater reward (hope for something like the hellfire gaze or swap out for the greather etherblade for some ap2 in the squad) and keep a Lord of Change with lvl 3, 2 greater, 1 lesser reward and rolling all on divination. This provides a good buff for the drones as rerolls to hit is huge with WS3. I also try and keep a tzeentch herald with the grimoire somewhere close to the drones for at least 2 turns of possible 2++.

The plaguebearers also would benefit more from heralds that give the FNP. They aren't bad to hold objectives, but I find horror blobs in cover work alright too. Good build on the Soul Grinders, try switching it up to Slaanesh with the torrent flamer if you get bored of the nurgle with cannon build. But, really, it looks like a good list to start with. Maybe play it a bit and see what you like of it and what you don't.

I would never swap hounds for drones thats the worst idea ever.

Your list looks fine. I don't know why you want squads of 15 horrors without herald / more support they might not be nearly as effective as you want them to be. Youre better off taking another squad of plagues and dropping the horrors. Choose one or the other IMO. Most competitive daemons lists that are rush/heraldhammer based use daemonettes and horrors while FMC lists use min. squads of horrors or plagues.

Take some princes or an LoC instead of one of your grinders. Grinders are nice but will likely be less effective than FMC in a competitive environment. I would even argue that jugger-heralds are lacking in a competitive scene when compared to other HQ options.

Additionally youre lacking anti tank. If i ran double raiders against you it would be an uphill battle.
