New to DakkaDakka, so this is my first list posting here. I apologize in advanced for the read. Short summed up version at the at the end! Overall, there is 142 bodies in this list (not including armor).

A few flaws with the list but the one that bothers me the most.. I'm running Hydras! There is a decision between taking them out and putting in another Vandetta (Which I feel 2 is fine, 3 may be overkill..), putting in an Aegis Defense Line, OR, my personal favorite option, more bodies! That's 2 more Plasma/Melta Gun Infantry Squads!
Some questions that arrise (and they're color co-ordinate!):
'Doc! How do you manage to win kill points without commissars? Clearly you can't combine your Infantry Squads without them!'
'Doc! Your Company Command Squad is just.. In the open? All the time?'
'Doc! No Aegis defense line? What are you thinking?'
I don't like commissars in 6th edition. I LOVED them in 5th, but those rightfully over zealous men cause my blobs to get bogged down way to easily in 6th. Unfortunately, the power blobs of 5th no longer work since Sergeants and Commissars can be targeted/challenged/closest model killed in Close Combat. Too many things in this edition bog down said squads and never let them go. Plus, that would severely limit the amount of shots I can put out across the board. I find that unless i'm playing an army that needs a sit-and-stay unit for objectives (such as elite armies) blobbing my men is obsolete.
Kill points is an area that requires a good set-up, cover management, and target priority. I've won kill points with the few times I have played the scenario. Nothing in the army is expensive point wise, that is the saving grace! It's easier to kill 1 really expensive squad than 4 of mine. This is a list where you can't be afraid to sacrifice a squad in the emperors name to stop a lumbering monstrous creature/solo. When your Infantry Squad inevitably loses combat.. that creature/solo is as good as gone the next turn! Objective games are a piece of cake. You have 18 scoring units.
The reason my Company Command Squad is not in a chimera is because I didn't have the points to put them in one and also, as you can imagine, the board room is very.. slim.. If the Chimera does explode, there goes some of my Command Squad as well as any infantry around that Chimera. I need my bodies to take the least amount of friendly fire as possible. They're more useful to me as cover for another squad.
Now, my reason for not taking an Aegis Defense Line with Quad Gun is that it's 150 points that I really don't want to use towards giving 'Some' of my army cover saves. Usually, the goal with this list is to use other bodies as your cover. There's enough bodies, trust me. There's enough to do that AND wipe a wraith spam Necron player off the board. Also, I don't like Aegis because when deploying for an objective based game I place my markers away from me. The list is 'campy' but I need to use all my units. There's no room for objective corner-squatting. I say this because usually, I see players putting their objective within their Aegis line. That's the opposite of what I want. I don't want anything having to make its way into my lines.
**Short Version** Overall, the plan with the list is that you have more bodies than the opponent can kill. Anything that lacks the ability to multi-charge falls at the feet of the horde and the typical armor you see waltzing around is an easy pop with 11 Autocannons. Helldrakes give the list one nasty bruising though. So will a Tau gun-line, a large rush-heavy list, and possibly a list that runs a lot of
AV 14. I appreciate any feedback

! Thanks!
