Here is my 1500 point Warriors of Chaos list. Despite the Daemon being marked Nurgle, physically he will represent Tzeentch(nurgle rules happen to be better for him), as will the skullcrushers. Tzeentch is the theme, sadly full mono rules aren't that great for it. Ideally I'd have ensorcelled weapons instead of the 6th warhound, but it puts me all of 1 point over the limit, granted my main opponent(wife) won't care either way and against her list I won't need magic attacks anyway.

Those skullcrushers NEED enscrolled weapons to make them super killy and worth taking.

you've got a couple of options here to find the points for those wapons + maximise what yo've got:


Consider swapping charmed shield on DP with the enchanted shield on the BSB if you want to take advantage of soul feeder by having the DP be the one going into combat (especially since he's nurgle marked!)... This will get you to a 1+ armor on him!
Honestly though, I'd just drop the Soul feeder , 1/6 chance of regaining a wound is not worth the points, aaand you could use those points to get the enscrolled weapons on skull crushers.

Alternatively just drop a musician from one of the blocks of warriors, or consider making them one big block and save yourself another 30 points(from the full command) which you could use to take a magical banner, like the banner of swiftness (15pts), to help get your warriors into the fight quickly. keep the rest of your army the same, except for switching the shields on your bsb and DP.


I think the biggest thing you need to think about though is getting some magic in there too, you're already doing nothing during shooting (such is the way of WoC), at this points level a sorcerer is going to do soooooo much more for you than a BSB!

I agree that Soul Feeder isn't really needed at this point level, but as my wife is my main opponent, and I know her list(since I wrote it) I know that magic attacks aren't needed, and both lists are avoiding magic and mass shooting since those two phases can easily break a game this size.

At 2500 points both lists run full magic and the warriors will have a hellcannon.

Not exactly a tame list at this size game.

And I've found that historically it doesn't matter what I field against my wife, she rolls amazingly well and beats me every time. Probably doesn't help that I coach her on what to cast, where to shoot, what to charge etc.

I dont know man, those witch elves are NASTY in close combat even for warriors, but best of luck and happy gaming!

They'll still get their 3+ 5++ in close combat, but they certainly will have their work cut out for them.
