Subject: Gearing up for my first Steamroller, Could use some advice

I am participating in my first steam roller in a week. It's a 50 point, 2 list format and 5 rounds (in a day!). I recently asked you all how to expand my Menoth collection and I ended up grabbing some new pieces (including 1 unexpected purchase). So my first question is some help narrowing down list 1. Here is what I have:
Casters:
eFeora
Jacks:
Reckoner
Vanquisher
Redeemer
Repenter
Judicator!
Units
Choir of Menoth
Holy Zealots and UA
Temple Flameguard and UA
Solos:
Vassal
Vassal Mechanic
The Covenant of Menoth
Rhupert
Reclaimer
If they are very highly suggested I might grab some combination of eEiryss, Lady Aiyana and Master Holt, and Rhoven and Honor Guard before the tournament. I am wondering how good overall Rhoven is. He seems quite solid for 4 points but honestly the main reason I was thinking to bring him was to use Menoth's Sight to take out Tartarus (Usually gives me a headache when I am up against Cryx). Not sure if it is worth using those 4 points to counter a situation I might not even find myself in. Is he worth it even if there is no stealth to worry about? I was also wondering if a second Vassal and/or Vassal Mechanic is a good idea.
So after my first list is squared away I need a second list, you are required to play at least 1 game with each list in this tournament. I only have 1 caster so obviously a second list isn't possible with my collection but luckily I will be able to borrow some pieces from some one to build a second list. Here is what I know he has available (excluding superfluous overlaps with what I have):
Almost every caster
Reckoner
Sanctifier
Vanquisher
Avatar
Exemplar Errants and UA
Knights Exemplar
He has more pieces but those are the only things I am sure he has. Honestly my plan is to only play this second list once because I won't have a chance to play it at all before the steamroller. The only thing I have thought about the second list is that I'd like to use either Harbinger or pSeverius. I am not even sure if those are good parings with eFeora but I don't really care that much. I am honestly not expecting to be really competitive at this event, more of a learning experience (been playing warmachine just over 2 months now).
As for the actual event, there are going to be about 5 guys (including myself) from the local meta participating and about another 15 or so coming from other places. The local guys will be playing Cygnar, Cryx, Legion and if he decides to come either a Khador or second Cryx player. Just wondering if there is any good advice I should keep in mind, either general steamroller tips, specific to Menoth, or specific to any matchups I might encounter. Thanks everyone.

I'm gonna give you some general advice.
Read the scenario packet, read it again before each round.
Play the lists you know and are comfortable with. There is enough stress with out adding to it by having to constantly look at your cards to figure out what your model does and its speed etc. add to that the worry about time management and its no bueno.
Get a good nights sleep, shower, lots of deodorant. don't eat a bunch of garlic for dinner....
Have healthy snacks like trail mix with you, try to avoid soda's etc.
Good luck and have fun.

I don't have any specific advice on Menoth, but if you aren't familiar with the timing method they're using then I recommend trying to get a bunch of games in with it before the tournament. Going from no timing to timed turns especially can be a huge shock and it will help if you have experience playing with that time pressure. Deathclock is easier to play without prior experience, but you probably still want to be familiar with it too if they're using that. Usually the players have been responsible for bringing clocks in the tournaments that I've seen, so you might want to get one on your phone or tablet if you have one and haven't already.
It can also help to have something to keep your army on while you are scooting around the room. Maybe an oven tray? You don't really want to be pulling models out of the case while you're deploying, especially in Deathclock where all deployment is on the clock.

Good tips so far. It is going to be 10 minute timed turns with 1 extension. My local meta meets once a week (been going 3 weeks now, going again tonight) and plays. We always play with a soft timer so I am becoming more aware of how long it takes me. Usually I am pretty good but I still run into the turns once or twice a game that take me way over time, either because I am thinking hard or cus I am rolling out tons of attacks. Which brings me to my next question. When rolling things, I usually do it pretty slowly and in such a way that my opponent can very easily see and keep up with all my rolls (though my group is very laid back so there wouldn't be any problems). But when timing really matters is there kind of an expectation that the player who is on the clock can roll as fast as possible to save time and it is up to the opponent to keep up with all rolls...or otherwise just take your word for it if they aren't watching the dice?

Yuck, timed turns really suck. Deathclock is so much better.
Anyway, with timed turns, you really need to be familiar with your lists. Avoid anything which is seriously time consuming. Like tons of scattering AoEs. Which is unfortunate because you are playing eFeora, and she wants lots of AoEs to light stuff on fire.
Here's a list I made up using the models you have plus Rhoven.
Feora
-Judicator(bonded)
-Reckoner
-Vanquisher
max Choir
max TFG with UA
Rhoven+bros
Rhupert
Covenant of Menoth
Vassal
Vassal Mechanik

Careful.
Your opponent MUST confirm a die roll.
If you think your opponent is deliberately slowing you down, you
can call a judge over.

for your second list Harbinger Avatar Vilmon Errants + UA Gorman Rhupert Covenent (can also have a vassel, hierophant and wracks to maximize focus jerkness) Then just laugh That is just a horrible group of models that I have never failed to win on scenario or caster kill.

Character Restrictions are default for Steamroller,
so Rhoven, Avatar, Vilmon, Gorman, Rhupert and Covenant can only be in one list.

Indeed, I always believe Rhupert and Covenant were tailor made to go with an Errants list though.
