I need some good feedback on this one. I tried to use the IF CT as best I could, so i brought a lot of Bolters and Devastators. Tactical breakdown at the end. However, for some reason I still think my 25 Lascannon list might be nearly perfect.

The Black Blades - 1850
HQ
- Captain w/ SS, Bike, two Combi-gravs
- Master of the Forge w/ Bike, Primarch's Wrath

Troops
- 5 Bikes w/ 2 Grav-guns, sgt w/ Combi-grav
- 5 Bikes w/ 2 Grav-guns
- 5 Bikes w/ 2 Grav-guns
- 10 Tacticals in a Drop Pod w/ Deathstorm Launcher

Fast Attack
- 3 Attack Bikes w/ Heavy Bolters
- 2 Land Speeders w/ 2 HBs each
- 2 Land Speeders w/ 2 HBs each.

Heavy Support
- 5 Devastators w/ 4 Lascannons
- 5 Devastators w/ 4 Lascannons
- 5 Devastators w/ 4 Lascannons

Fortification
- Bastion w/ Quad-gun

My tacticals and strategery:
Captain goes with the first Bike squad (the one with the combi-grav) for some grav-slinging fun..
MotF goes with the 3 Attack Bikes for some heavy AP4 suppressing fire.
Devastators spread around the deployment zone, preferably in buildings.
Coolest part: Devastators have Tank Hunter. Tank Hunter + Quad-gun = dead flyers.

I like the SoE a lot more than the SS. Overall, this is a fairly good idea but if you're trying to be competitive, then HBs can really never be great.

Looks like a nice list, but you definitely lack in CC ability.

I would swap the land speeders for a CC unit, or for boosting numbers and CC ability in your bike squads.
