New to Dakka Dakka, but I figured this is my best chance on getting help with a tourny style army list for my bugs.

Psychic Powers
Flyrant would keep his psychic powers or switch to biomancy depending on what I am facing.
Space marine chapter masters are freakin' scary now. Swarmlord is going all Biomancy.
Tervigons are keeping their psychic powers, rather like the for sure feel no pain.
Idea
Doom and all Termagants are in reserve (Keep that 10 man gant fb from happening).
Swarmlord with one guard so overall toughness will be scary if I get Iron Arm.
Hive Guard provide cover to Tervigons, and tervigons give cover to hive tyrants if I don't get first turn.
Hive Guard focus tanks, biovores gun lines, flyrant is tatical support.
While tervigon and swarmy charge in as fast as possible, spawning all the way. (Spawns will hang back for objective holding)
Devilgants and Doom come in to provide tatical support, or ruin a gunline...
Help!
I am a very fluff/for fun player and tourny lists arn't my thing.
My area has lots of space marine players (Only one of them is a drop podder).
One heavy tau gunline player (always wins), a mix of eldar, and a necron flying circus player.
These are my major opponents. The other races randomly appear, no sign of Imp Guard at all.
Any additions or changes/suggestions would be nice!
