For the dark eldar vehicles are they worth it or are the dark lances just too valuable? Does that option depend on the list or the enemy list? I don't hear much about them and I think they could be good.

It usually depends on the enemy list, but it also depends on the platform you want to put them on.

Razorwings do really well with disintegrators as they're usually flying around harassing infantry or light armor (but you'll probably want lances if you want them to be air superiority or back-up anti-tank). With Raiders, I usually leave the lance since popping an enemy transport and throwing poison the riders is fun. Ravagers can be easily tailored to your enemy much better, though, as they can take up to 3 of either weapon.

So, yeah. Disintegrators are good weapons, but the lance will usually win out since it can be easier to drown softer targets in poison shots/haywire.

So if I used 4 raiders with dark lances, 8 blasters, 2 dark lances, A void raven bomber, and a Razorwing do you think I should put dissies on the Razorwing or should I add a ravanger with all dissies.

Always on Razorwings, never on Ravagers or Raiders. You lose so much from the DL to gain just a bit in a specific area of TEQ and MEQ out of cover. When with the DL you gain the ability to double out T 4 models, decent AV and arguably better anti-MC (hitting on 3's wounding on 2's against hitting on 3's wounding on 5's). Take all comers lists should have lances, tailored lists then consider them. Most people like the DL's on the Razorwing due to him being able to do AA, but I like him with Dissies due to him wanting to fire at infantry with his missiles, I think the DL draw away from that.
