Black Templar Recruit Undergoing Surgeries

So i am getting back into the game kinda sorta. I got the new space marine codex and while looking through it i noticed the only 2 units that can deep strike are land speeders, and terminators. Did they do away with dreads, and assault marines being able to? Also if they did how do things work with assault marines jumping out of stormravens? thanks

Assault marines can, it's just in the Jump Infantry rules rather than a specific AM rule. Dreads can only DS in a drop pod.

Dreads can also sort of DS if you put them in the boot of a SR.

It works "as if Deepstriking" so it works in a very similar way. But if you're transporting with a Raven, leaving them on board after their entry movement phase is a high risk strategy.
