I really want to remodel this guy. I have plans on possibly getting another model and I really dislike my HQs looking the same. Any idea on how I can model him differently?

Looks to me you could lean him forward jumping off his right leg/toe and change the head too be looking up and more to his left. raise left arm at the shoulder and bend at the elbow inwards. Think that all would give him a rocket jumping pose vs the landing one here.

Chop off the legs and arms, and re-position them.

Alternate heads maybe from the broadside or riptide sensor pods parts.

Also, get a farsight mini, and mix parts with that (I think they are about the same scale).

Advanced Tau Tactica has some good head conversions and most of them are really simple as just shaving off the fins on the side and slapping the ends of pulsecarbines along the side.

Even adding some extras in it like shield drones on the base would look awesome! You can do a remodel on the core, I think it would look cool to do a Eldar tech mixed with Tau tech. You can make the suit expose the operator if you want to green stuff, otherwise if you don't want to chop and stuff and would prefer keeping the suit as a whole, you could reposition legs arms, you can add some scenery, you could add or change armaments on the arms.
