I know that the IG have orders that can give a unit the chance for an extra shot during the shooting phase (FRFSRF and BID). I am wondering what other army or IC abilities allow for units to fire an extra shot?

Are there any abilities that allow tanks to fire an extra shot? What about an IC with a bubble ability to fire an extra shot?

Bring it Down doesn't give another shot.

Do the abilities exist? Yes, they do. Not exactly common though. Unless you're playing Tau Empire.

Dark angels have the banner of devastation.
Increases bolters to salvo 4 24" (which is insane on bikes).
Tau have ethereal which is +1 up to half range for anything in 12" or Fireblade +1 at full range (no moving though).

Already mentioned are Tau.

1) Fireblade Cadre can give an extra shot with Pulse rifles/carbines to his unit if he doesn't move.

2) The Ethereal can give an extra shot at half range with Pulse weapons.

3) Riptides get ripple fire when they pass their novacharge for their reactors.

Probably some more I can't think of right now.
