Just a concept for 1200 at the moment. Not sure how to kit them out, some room for purchases, but I don't want to go mental.

The idea is to go second; having nothing on the board for him to shoot.

I'll pod down a tactical squad with the Sternguard and Tigurius first turn, then the second tactical squad with the stormtalons mostly arriving on the second turn, with Tig's re-roll on reserves.

I think I'd combat squad the units to improve survivability.
