I am looking at organizing a Local game store's tournament and I am looking for some balanced scenarios to play. Anyone know of any resources on the web that I could look at?

Well there's always the classic beer hammer but that requires 21+ only so it may limit your crowd since anyone drinking soda or other canned drink has the advantage over the drunk guy drinking beer and eating pretzels

is it a fun tourney? or a legit competitive one?

if its fun, make it crazy and fun: like one unit per turn can move up to 24 inches in movement, but cant assult. broken stuff like that but its fun.
