Total 1395, meaning I have 105 points to play with, any thoughts?

What are you going for?
If this is for fun then its OK but otherwise i doubt it would work well.

IMO drop the spider exarch and make them two 6 man squads with the points you saved.

If the avengers are just going to camp in the serpents make them 5 man squads and with the 130 points you save you can buy another prism.

The avatar serves no purpose in this list because he is the only melee unit other then wraith knight, who would rather shoot.

I would take a farseer on jetbike with motlg for seer support,
or a autarch with fusion gun jetbike and motlg for more anti tank and objective contesting.

As for the wraith knight the suncannon scatter laser combo is good but you have to figure how much TEQ you will be facing in 1500points (from my exp not a lot).

It may help you to buy a unit or two of guardian jet bikers for fast last turn scoring plus more shooting.

This is just my opinion from playing a lot of 40k so if it help yay.

The wraithknight will serve for GREAT target saturation and the sun cannon will hopefully be able to do massive amounts of damage to whatever I fire it at. The avengers will be used to snipe objectives, and waveserpents should dish out a fair bit of damage. Warp spiders will harass any infantry, and serve as a distraction. Seer council will do what seer council's do. If I really wanted to go all out on the Council I'd scrap the knight and a fire prism.

Indeed. You need a minimum of two troop choices. I'd also suggest dropping the Seer Council.

Well, a Seer Council at this pt level is too much. An Avatar is pointless without a Farseer.
I'd take a Jetseer, 3 DA (or Guardian) units in Serpents, and fill the rest with HS units.

You guys ont get this i guess....

when theres a "x2" that measn theres 2 of thsoe units.
in orinal list, he had x2 10 man squads of spiders.

here he has 2 serpents with dire avengers.

its a legal list. not much scoring, but still a good list.
