I'd like to know what you think, any/all comments are welcome.

I think the two devestators are not going to pull their weight. Same goes for the shocktroopers, kovnik, reinholdt. eButcher wants units that can get up front fast and hit hard. Look at models like greatbears, MOW drakhun, Fenris, manhunters, Doomreavers, etc etc. You will also want a unit that can tarpit for a turn or two so that you force your opponent to focus on that cheap throwaway unit while your heavy hitters position for butcher's feat. That way, you only have a few really strong targets for his feat rather than a bunch of weak ones.

I would take a warjack with reach so you can take advantage of eButcher's berserk buff. I know Circle loves their stalkers with berserk, a spriggan or beast-09 should work very well. Beast would be the best option with his attack boost vs warrior models, you would be able to clear out alot of stuff and leave a huge hole for your models to charge into.

I have no idea what your plan with this list is supposed to be. Everything looks like a random pick.
eButcher needs self relient units because his random focus thingy will handycap you. You have basically no one who benefits from his feat either, your MOW are too slow to profit from it, your MOW Kovnik has no Jacks to marshal and is not that great anyway and why do you even have Reinholdt? You don´t really want to shoot with any Butcher but especially not with eButcher who is a crazy melee machine.
To be honest this looks like a list with all the stuff one has lying on his shelve. My advise would be to play smaller games until you get the models you need for 35 points :/ If you´d swap Butcher for eIrusk your list would make more sense.

^^^ It would make more sense with eIrusk?... It doesnt really seem to have much synergy with itself, let alone with the warcaster... Two devestators should probably never be in a list. The MOW kovnik is neat and all, but he doesnt really do anything without a berserker under him (aside from being another medium based model).

I think tommse has a good suggestion - get back to small games and learn what works before moving on to larger games. Read into units and models and figure out what their strengths and weaknesses are than pick out other units that make up for their weaknesses. For instance, Butcher is slow, our jacks are slow, so dont pick MOW that are also slow. Widowmakers massacre single wound infantry and have high RAT to hit high DEF models, so dont take devestators that also help deal with single wound, high def models.

The list seriously lacks hitting power, speed, and the ability to clear tough, multi wound infantry so look at models that fill in those gaps - Doom reavers can crush infantry, both multi wound and single wound and are lethal enough to damage warjacks and kill warcasters. Manhunters and Yuri can do the same thing but are more difficult to kill since they have stealth. the Drakhun and Fenris are excellent for taking out single, hard targets and your widowmakers can handle all those single wound infantry to clear a path for them. Plus, Fenris and the Drakhun are great for the assassination on butcher's feat turn as they get an extra move which lets them cover a HUGE distance (19 inches I think?).

Sorry, I forgot to mention I'm new to warmachine so I don't know a lot about it, is this a better list?

I would change the 'jacks up. Those Devastators are going to be left behind.
Beast 09 with eSorscha is a killing machine. Beast is also pretty versitile. He can cleave through infantry and wreck a 'jack.
A Kodiak would also be good to use. It will be able to keep up with your faster Winter Guard and even run through terrain.
Aside from those changes the rest of the army looks great for eSorscha. She loves the Winter Guard and you can make use of shatter storm with the Widowmakers.
