Finally starting to paint up my Eldar, here is the list I'm aiming towards, hoping to be TAC without spamming. C&C is much appreciated.

Rangers should be one squad to prevent first blood.

I like it overall but if you need to find points for something like more scorpions...the hawks could be reduced to 6.

What I really think you need is a 3rd Serpent.

Personally I run a squad of 6 rangers that can ride in my falcon when need be.

I would drop two hawks and use the points for more rangers.

Also drop exarchs and buy shurkin cannons for serpents.
Your only problem is dealing with a lot of flyers but you can get past that with focus fire from serpents

I would rate this list with the changes a 8/10 for durability.

The serpents already have the shuriken cannons paid for. While I would like another serpent and could see its usefulness I'm not sure what I could cut out that wouldn't be a sacrifice just to get a serpent and 5 dire avengers on. I do like running the rangers as one squad, luckily thats something I can change on a game by game basis.

umm no, rangers should be in 2 5 man squads.
Rangers have 1 and only 1 role, to score objectives. They are not there for fire power.
2 things.
1) Since no one cares about rangers firepower (cause it sucks) whenever they are shot at they can and should go to ground, generally for 2+ cover. hard to get 1st blood off of that.
2) if you are scared of them netting first blood (ignores cover, etc.) you can reserve them. either walk onto the bourd for some late game scoring, or outflank onto an objective.

never ever run a 10 man squad.

and why do you have/use a falcon? Serpents are superior in basically every way, and are cheaper.

I disagree with you ninjafiredragon, a unit of 10 rangers for 120 points can put out some decent wounds on MC or light AV and if your lucky take out special weapon dudes in squads like meltas ect.

But you are correct that serpents are better then falcons in every way, but why would you waste a heavy support choice for a falcon in the first place? The best heavy support choices IMO are war walkers and wraith knights, i loved reapers in 4th ed codex but now the exarch lost the ignore cover template, and witht he div power being not definate the points are better spent elsewhere.

but thats 120 points for a few wounds on a mc or squad. thats not good.
i run them in just 1 5 man squad, and get a garuntedd objective.

I mainly wanted the scorpions for a counter charge unit and I think replacing him with the Wraithlord gives me the same but with more options, and also presents another t8 character to eat shots that would be aimed at the knight and serpents. I know I want to do a s6 weapon load out on him, but not sure if I should go double starcannons or starcannon/scatterlaser. I also dropped 2 hawks and got one spider, but those numbers I can play around with.

What do y'all think?

im not a fan of swooping hawk exarches, but i know some pople are, so im jot goign to tell you to take it off.
i would go double scatter lasers on the knight, but basically the options you listed work to.

Not for this list but keep in mind for future lists that you want scorpions for...A spiritseer with a unit of scorpions can be downright mean given the right powers.
