With the two immortal units being in the enemy backfield, you may want to consider a necron lord with a res orb instead of the two destructeks. You will have to find 60pts somewhere else (I would probably lose the warscythe/phase shifter on your lord, or change him to Nemesor for the special rules), and drop an unit from each of the immortals and two/three warriors (depending on the phase shifter). That will give those immortals a little more survivability. Having the DestrucTek with the immortals won't have quite the effect you're after. If you take Nemesor and you want to have anti-tank, you can give either of those units Tank Hunter USR and that will let you re-roll all your attacks that don't glance which should be enough to do the trick for anti-tank. And with Nemesor, if your opponent goes first and gets reserves before you, you don't have to worry about rolling for the night scythes since Nemesor has the Phase Reinforcements special rule.
