I put together this list after reading an article about a similar list and was wondering its effectiveness. At first glance it doesn't seem very strong, but after looking into the damage that the Slaanesh Daemon princes can put out is crazy. Each one can fire its 2D6 S6 shots which have the potential to be S7-9 with Iron Arm and then uses the biomancy powers which are pretty damn strong then assaults the unit with the buff from fateweaver's prescience. The Princes will target the biggest threat to them for the first few turns before assaulting and can take out fliers relatively easily. Fateweaver will also help keep the DPs in the air with his reroll while providing supporting fire. The plaguebearers are just for backfield objectives or deepstriking if necessary. The KoS will deepstrike and fire off its powers then go around assaulting things(I know that the KoS is kinda squishy but I am hoping for some good greater reward rolls to fix this). I don't play many different armies so I have no idea whether this is a viable strategy or not. I would like to know your opinions on the list and any help is appreciated, thanks!

Flying Monstrous Creatures sure are fashionable now-a-days. As long as you have enough of them, you can usually put up a good fight against about anything from AV14 spam to Air vehicle spam to infantry spam. They are so versatile, mobile, durable, and offensive.

That being said, I usually see lists like these with 3 Daemon Princes, not 2.

All Daemon Princes need is lesser rewards, DoT, Wings, and armor. Anything above that is if you have the points.

screamer start works well with these guys, but may require you to move your point value up to 2000

Try this:

1500pts
Fateweaver
3X10 Plaguebearers
3X DPs of Tzeentch with armor, wings, ML 2, exalted rewX1

2000pts
Fateweaver
3X11 Plaguebearers
9 Screamers
3X DPs of Tzeentch with armor, wings, ML 3, exalted rewX1, greater rewX1
