Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone knew which of the FOW books would be best to make a either a grenadier/ pioneer list with Stug IV assault guns?

Thanks in advance.

Do they have to be specifically StuG IV's? Because almost every latewar Pioneer/Grenadier list has access to StuG III's. Most of the Grey Wolf lists consider StuG III G's and StuG IV's interchangable, so that's an option too.

For example, I'm looking at the Sturmkompanie list right now and it says under the StuG platoon entry that you may take StuG III G's or StuG IV's, their profile is identical.

Atlantik wall has quite a few lists for what you have already.

Basically every mid and late war German list will have access to StuGs, the only ones that I can think of that don't are schwere panzer lists.

Do not underestimate the Squats. They survived for millenia cut off from the Imperium and assailed on all sides. Their determination and resilience is an example to us all.
-Leman Russ, Meditations on Imperial Command book XVI (AKA the RT era White Dwarf Commpendium).
Its just a shame that they couldn't fight off Andy Chambers.

Yes, although you are probably better off getting Grey Wolf or Atlantik Wall if you are just after Germans as they are the newer books (FoW has relatively mild 'codex creep' so later books tend to be better than earlier ones).
