A Lascannon Land Raider would be better suited to start on the board rather than deepstrike.

You have a lot of buffing elites and not many troops to buff. I would drop some of your elites and get more marines. 2 5-man scoring units is really low.

Anti-air? Also, I really feel with BA you should be making use of a Divination Libby.

BA pay exorbitant prices for libbies. This is why I've stopped building lists out of that codex. Even for allies, they are too expensive.
