As the title says, Im just curious as to what a generic Deathguard list would look like.

I would like to know as well. Right now I use typhus, some zombies, 4 oblits, 2 drakes, and lots of plague marines in rhinos.

This, pretty much. As options, Plague marines to hang with a brand of skalathrax-wielding Lord if you want to add a 4th Ap3 template, or just MSU plague marines to stock up on some extra AV14/terminator-killing guns.
