Was thinking of making an Obliterator dreadnought. I know they have hell brutes but its not the same as an obliterator. Can an Obliterator dreadnought exist

In rules for the game? No
Not even for the background, really. A hugely overgrown obliterator the size of a dreadnought? Go for it - however given it isnt suffering the same torment as a chaos marine reduced to just a few chunks of meat would be, it wouldnt then make sense for it to follow the frenzy rules

My thoughts is bonding with a dreadnought chassis would be the same as acquiring archeoteck.

Wrong Forum...
But Background wise, i'd assume it would be?
Its just the weird virus thing getting onto the Dreadnought and turning it all... Oblterator....y isn't it?

This seems more of a general discussion then a YMDC topic.
But nah, generally they're very distinct and separate things.

Its because ordinance is still a word.
However, firing ordinance at someone isn't nearly as threatening as firing ordnance at someone.
Ordinance is a local law, or bill, or other form of legislation.
Ordnance is high caliber explosives.
No 'I' in ordnance.
Don't drown the enemy in legislation, drown them in explosives. |

Hmm, it doesn't exist, at least I have never come across one. But I guess it could be possible if the pilot was infected with the virus somehow as it seems to require organic matter to be able to spread. I'm not sure how effective it would be as Helbrutes are already pretty much an amalgamation of warrior and machine.
It could be quite cool though
