After a long time, i post my new list for review. I have grown bored of all biker and flier lists and looking for something alternatively competitive and worth taking in a tourney.
I had trouble picking chapter tactics, it comes down to Imperial Fists, Iron Hands and White Scars.
IF give me re-rolls on my tac squads and tank hunters on my dev squad.
IH give me a bit of extra resilience
WS give me scout and Hit & Run.
Although my army can benefit from all, i am leaning towards WS, as i always loved combat tactics (my army is always shooty and tries to avoid CC) in 5th and H&R is actually better (not to mention scout).
Please note that it is roughly 1730 pts, so i need the best suggestion to fill it out to 1850.

So, i have 120 pts. What would be best to complete my list? An Aegis with Quad Gun? A Rifle Dread? A small Sternguard squad? Replace devs with Stormraven?
Note that i have every model available, except the new anti-air tanks.
I believe i have a decent amount of both anti-horde (tacs, sterns, thunderfires) and anti-tank (melta on tacs with scout, lascannons, missile devs and typhoon speeders) but a bit light on anti-air (stormtalons) , though i have never faced massive airfleets in my area)
Please let me know what you think and if it stands any chance against today's meta.

That's a pretty good idea. What is the strategy your going for? White scars can produce a nasty alpha strike army by scouting up 60+ marine bodies.
I'm looking at your list and it looks like your trying to go for an "all comers" list. Those are a lot less effective in 6th edition.
I would instead suggest looking at a MEQ spam build, but make it one that focus's on putting lots of pressure on the opponents deployment zone on turn 1. I'm thinking melta guns and multi meltas. Around 50 tactical marines plus some sternguard.
Even allying in some drop pod wolves would assist here as well. The idea is that your looking for a heavy turn 1 -in your face- list.

I pretty copy what Labmouse42 added. I may suggest you to take a look at the Raven Guard VS Taudar Reecius video in the batrep 3d. Anyway, if you're not planning to use bikes I will probably choose the Raven Guard CT instead of WS. Stealth wouldn't affect only the first turn but will offer to your vehicles a 6+ free cover save during all the game. Even in the open. not to mention a Smoke 3+ cover save. I understand the Hit & Run chance but in fact, the easy and quietly more interesting counter is combat sq. your units once disembarked. You'll have to sacrifice number in any case and this could be an easy solution. Besides, The Raven Guard CT offer you Scout and Stealth without special characters allowing you to invest in a very effective and very durable Chapter Master correctly tooled. I mat say that a couple of Stormtalons are already enough as AA support but it all really depend on your meta. If you'll feel the need of a third AA unit seriously consider a Stormraven (that you'll may fill up with the Chapter Master and some Honor Guard). The sacrifice of the Devastators wouldn't be huge anyway. I will also drop the 2 Landseeders. They're just such an easy target.. Just remember. You'll need more Rhinos, more marine, definitively more bodies. Get rid of the Sternguards and thrust regular Tacticals. At 2000 pts I may imagine something like this: HQ - RG Chapter Master - AA - PF - EW Shield. 225 HQ - DA Librarian. 65 (Prescience) TR - 10x RG Tactical Marines - Meltagun - MM - Rhino. 195 TR - 10x RG Tactical Marines - Meltagun - MM - Rhino. 195 TR - 10x RG Tactical Marines - Meltagun - MM - Rhino. 195 TR - 10x RG Tactical Marines - Flamer - MM - Rhino. 190 TR - 10x RG Tacticals - Flamer - Rhino. 180 TR - 5x RG Tacticals - Meltagun - Combi-melta - Rhino. 125 (HQs here) TR - 10x DA Tacticals - Flamer - Rhino. 180 FA - Stormtalon - Skyhammer. 125 FA - Stormtalon - Skyhammer. 125 HV - Thunderfire. 100 HV - Thunderfire. 100 2000 pts.

Thanks for the replies and taking so much time to write.
I am indeed looking for a TAC list.
Ravenguard would indeed be a choice but i have lost your logic..
Ravenguard models have the stealth rule only for the firsh turn. How can my Rhinos have a 6+ cover save all game? And how can they get 3+ from smoke launchers?
Smokes give 5+, with stealth first turn, it would only be 4+..

My bad, you're absolutely right about both the Stealth limited for the first turn (misread) and of course the Smoke cover from 5 to 4.. aaaah the good old smoke cover..
