It's been the one thing stopping me from buying him, the uncertainty.
The Lucius Pod, in the current
IA book says that it is "a dedicated transport for any Imperial Dreadnought( including the Contemptor Dreadnought)"
Bray'Arth is listed as
http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Downloads/Product/PDF/C/Charcterupdate.pdf
Unit Composition: 1 Unique
Ok, so that doesn't help him.
Then in his rules he has 2 Dreadnought close combat weapons, Venerable Dreadnought rules, and Wrought by Vulkan. All 3 point to him being a Dreadnought, with Wrought by Vulcan specifically calling it a Dreadnought chassis.
What do you guys think? I think both
RAI and
RAW he can, but them listing his comp as "unique" is throwing me.
EDIT: Though not everyone takes emails seriously, I did receive a fast reply to my question.

Bray'Arth is a special character dreadnought so he is allowed to take the Lucius Pod.
