Hi, as in the title:

Raven Guard Primary detachment:
HQ - Captain - AA - TH - EW Shield. 190
TR - 7x Tactical Marines - Flamer - Meltabombs - Rhino. 143 (Captain obviously here)
TR - 10x Tactical Marines - Flamer - MM - Rhino. 190
TR - 10x Tactical Marines - Flamer - MM - Rhino. 190
TR - 10x Tactical Marines - Flamer - MM - Rhino. 190
TR - 10x Tactical Marines - Flamer - MM - Rhino. 190
HV - 6x Devastators - 4x LC. 164
FR - ADL - Quad gun. 100

Tau allied detachment:
HQ - Commander - Iridium battle suite - PEN - C&CN - MSS - VRT - 2 Shield Drones. 189
EL - Riptide - IA - TL Fusion Blaster - EWO - Skyfire. 225
TR - 10x Kroots - 1x Hound. 65
HV - 2 man broadside squad with hymp, ewo and 2x missile drones 164pts

Total 2000 pts.

The tactic is pretty obvious but for everyone unfamiliar with codexes:
- all the RG unit will have a SCOUT re-deployment and the STEALTH USR for the 1st turn of the game;
- the 4 complete Tactical units will all combat squad in all games apart obviously kill points;
- the 6 Devastators will sit on the Bastion roof with the Serg. "SIGNUMing" a naked marine manning the Quadgun (for BS5) that has Interceptor and Skyfire;
- the Tau Commander will join the Devastators givin' to the whole unit (as long that he do not shoot..): TANK HUNTER or MONSTER HUNTER, IGNORE COVER SAVE, reroll TO HIT, FLEET and HIT & RUN;
- The Riptide, with his Nova accellerator will shoot sweetyness or intercept flyers/drop pods/deepstrikers with his EWO;
- same things for the 2 broadsides;
- Kroots will have a promenade eventually re-rolling the side if outflanking, otherwise just comin' in from my table side for late home objective claiming/contesting.

C/C?
Any suggestion for more optimisation and/or Sinergy is absolutely welcome.

Two things:

1) Is Eternal Warrior (and using a Power Fist) that important to you? That shield is damned expensive compared to a Storm Shield. Dropping it and the Fist for the Burning Blade seems like a good idea to me, or trying to add more Missile Launchers to your Devastators (well, Missile Launcher).

2) Especially since you are using the Commander to give the Devastators Tank Hunter, the Quad Gun would be better than the Icarus Lascannon. Both for anti-Flyer/Flying MC as well as AV 12 ground targets. 4 Twin-Linked BS 5 shots gives you 3.89 Hits (so near perfect accuracy). That's 0.65 Glancing Hits and 0.65 Penetrating Hits against AV 12. 1.30 Penetrating Hits against AV 11. Compare to the Icarus Lascannon's 0.83 Hits with 0.14 Glancing Hits and 0.42 Penetrating Hits against AV 12. 0.55 Penetrating Hits against AV 11.

Maybe if you had IG Orders to give the Icarus Lascannon Twin-Linked... I'll grant you that the AP 2 will help when you actually Penetrate, but its just less reliable overall. Since you said "COMP" in the title I assumed you want competitive oriented advice, so reliability wins out.

Other than that... Well you better hope you go first. You have a lot of bodies, but volume of fire takes out MEQ easy enough. Your Scout re-deployment (its not a move anymore; its kind of an important distinction) will help getting you close to the enemy, but you'll be outside Melta range no matter what on Turn 1 unless you actually move (and thus Snap Fire). There is nothing really scary present in the list other than the Riptide, and single Riptides are not that hard to handle.

You'll have some fun games, with high casualties but I wouldn't expect it to perform super-amazing.

A lot of points Cowmonaut, and good pts!
Thank for your advices, a lot of stuff to think about.

Anyway, for the moment, I edited the list a little in the first post.

Of course a lot of cons still and a lot of changes should be considered yet.
IE I'm considering to drop the Broadsides and something else (don't know what..) and take 2 Stormtalons with Skyhammers.
