Hi, new here - I browse 40k forums a bit for tips on lists but never really post. However, I'm looking at making a 1650 list for a tournament and would like some feedback. I've mainly played SW missile spam with some drop pod GH squads this last year, and this list is modelled on the idea that I'm not straying too far from what I know.

Basically RP's stay with LF's and Chaplain/WP stick with GH. Kind of sucky probably but I know what I'm doing with it - what I'm really considering is the second Scout Squad or buffing my HQ's.. And then the air support or something else? I'm not entirely sure where to go.
Bullet points on that:
Drop the flyers and go for something else?
Drop the second scout squad and equip HQs?
