I took 2 devastator squads to try and take advantage of the IF's awesome chapter tactics. I added in the las pred because I have the model and also because I have a dreadnought as well and would like to have more than one piece of AV on the table in this point range. Also, according to my calculations I have 15 points left, not sure what to spend it on though, maybe melta bombs on the sergeants?

Flak missile Launchers mixed with plasmacannons, not much synergy there. Very light on troop choices as well in my opinion though you could probably knock out most 1000 point lists transports ina turn with your anti-tank firepower

Yeah, I am considering just running more tac squads and taking a cheap librarian or captain; the CM might be a bit overkill in this list, the only reason I thought of him is for a counter assault measure against fast assault lists like Daemons with flying MC's etc.

Drop the gakky, over-expensive Chapter Master and his upgrades. He is fine if you keep him cheap, but there are better options (LYSANDER! YOU ARE PLAYING IF!!) lol. He is exactly the same price and is 200% of what that chapter master would be. I would drop the dreanought and take an ADL. Drop the plasma cannons in the devs and take more flakk. Id also drop the tri las predator, you dont have any other armor, so all of the enemies anti AV will be aiming at your pred, it will be gone turn 1. Instead, take more tacticals.
