I am going to my first tournament at the end of the month and i could use some help finalizing my list. This is what i was thinking of going with.
The tournament is 1500pt with 2 350 point sideboards we can swap before each round.

HQ

Librarian (160pts)
Frag, Krak and Psyk-out Grenades, Hammerhand, Mastery Level 2, Might of Titan, The Shrouding, Nemesis Force Sword, Storm Bolter

Elites

Eversor Assassin (130pts)

The hammers in your SS can be removed by a challenge. Think about swapping to the halberd. Then they go first instead of last and have a better shot at winning those challenges. OR, just put the hammer on one of the regular storm bolter SS.

That i can do. Never really had an issue with challenges and my hammers but i can see that it could be an issue.

I play a very similar list, you will lack mobility and scoring power.

Itès tough to utilize GKSS these days on foot. 24 inches isnt quite enough range anymore.

Like i said above, the tournament i will be playing in allows us 2 350 point sideboards which we select one of proior to each round before deployment. This 1500pt list is a core list. Maybe i should list my sideboards i was thinking of using.

For your side boards take 2 dread knights with heavy incinerator, sword and fist.

That will work better and you can deep strike them to flame where you need, also for the librarian take divination powers and not codex

With the points this saves you you can mastercraft some weapons.

IMO i would swap assassin for the vindicare because he will solve your AV issues fast (4 D6 + 3 for armour pen?)

currently own only 1 dreadknight. with me buying the landraider i wont have enough for the knight but i can swing the vindicare, if only i can find the rare version.

So i have decided to drop the assassin and picked up an ADL with quad gun for my core 1500 list. Good choice?!?
