ALLIES OF THE IMPERIUM 1850 Points
This army is pretty much all altogether and painted, considering dropping bucks on a valkyrie or a storm raven sometime soon so some advice on maybe which to take or which would work better when would be helpfull keeping in mind squeezing in a storm raven means more cuts but i dont want to go halfway on a storm talon

so thoughts im thinking is trying to fit in a valkyrie in exchange for the sm troop squad with flakk ml cause i figure it can provide support against other flyers. thoughts?

For the space marine terminators you mean assault cannon instead of auto cannon right?
Also for the imperial guard
Drop the vox casters, guys in transports cannot receive orders. Also the range is only 12" iirc. Also vets are best kept with a chimera and having x3 plasma or x3 melta guns.
Also what's the purpose of the pod?

just to put a lot of stuff up front since the servo skulls can give you deep striking help and keep away infilltrators could help secure placement for scouts termies and rines

If the Inquisition dex is similar to the GK henchmen portion of the dex, then repetition is your friend. Then again I don't know what an arbites is...that the new acolyte? Again, if the they are similar to acolytes you want to max out on special weapons.
I assume that the Inquisitors (Coteaz and the Malleus) will be with the servitors. Why just the one heavy weapon? It will have to fire snap shots if you want to get close with your hot-shot lasguns and the bolters.
Just my two cents.

I would look to try and find the points to convert your first Arbites squads transport from Razorback with psy (50) to Twin Heavy Bolter Chimera with psy (60). You lose a point of BS and twinlinked but gain a second heavy bolter and a point of AV, more importantly you gain the ability to fire 5 of those storm bolters on the move turning your "jump out and shoot" wagon into a rolling ball of death in a box.
If you could convert the rhino into the same things by freeing up points it would likely turn out better aswell (extra av, guns, fire points for 10 points more). As for the lone Psyker I would always say to take multiple just for the higher damage output and the fact they only use a single firepoint when letting the power off, possibly replacing the servitor with a second (and a couple of acolytes for a 3rd/4th for a possible anti power armour large blast)

I guess I hadnt realized that in the new codex you can give chimeras psybolt ammo, in the old GK one it was only for the Rhino/Razor. Hrm Tempted to get more chimeras, the only thing is the Arbites and their Razors/Rhinos is kind of a Flufful thing, theyre done out like Castigators in an CJ munda conversion section. Still... chimeras...
The Arbites is just classic acolyte loadout like the stormtroopers, I always figured GW did it make a useable statline for them, Arbites are your acolytes with Carapace and Stormtroopers are the OG beret ones so flakk and hot shots. Tis what is shown on the model.
I kind of agree on the heavier weapons might try to see if I can find some cheap servis with plasmacannons next

What are you trying to accomplish with this garbage unit? A heavy weapon in a mobile unit with short-ranged weapons? A single psyker? A rhino? Hunter killer? Can I borrow some of the drugs you're smoking.
Drop the psyker, drop the servitor (who is mind-locked since you didn't leave any room for an Inquisitor in the transport), drop the rhino. Take 6 guys with hotshots, 3 guys with plasmaguns, 2 jokaero, and stick them in a Chimera.
The rest of your Inquisition units are equally awful.

Why do they have vox casters when the company command squad doesn't? Why does the Company Command squad have a power weapon when it is a long range sniper squad (in itself another mind-boggling decision). Why take three units whose purpose is to bring lots of special weapons, and then bring only one melta and plasma between the lot of them?
I'm not going to comment on your space marine detachment, but since I'm seeing PF/ SB terminators and HB/ MM landspeeders, I'm just going to assume it is as bad as everything else.
I honestly don't even know where to start. I think you need to learn what works in the individual armies first before you try throwing together this casserole of suck.

the inquisition units are kind of real fluffy but truth they hold ok against normal rines for their point cost when i used them in previous zine stats. kind of just a fun way to use models i havent been able to field for a few editions. just some exspensive weird firepower. on the servitors that unit will still have an inquisitor they probably just wont embark stay shooty especially if its corteaz i want him to be able to "be expecting" the heck out of anything coming from outflank above or teleportation close to an objective.
i decided on the vox casters because the veterans cant claim their objective from inside their transports. that whole detatchment is going to stay close together. figure it might give me a turn of some extra firepower trying to hold against the objectives. the colonel commisar gaunt, im not cutting his hand off : p
the sm detatchment is going to be sacrificed probably just wrecking enemy plans for a turn or two. little blue pawns and bishops to keep assaulting units on the enemys half of the board for too long
altogther this list is kind of fluffy i dont expect it win all the time, i also have a whole sm company and armoury to play around with and complete artillery and russ battery but this list was more about a lot of squishees coming together. more so funn to play with my friends or roomates also fluffy (or modeling and painting oriented) armies.
as for the drugs come catch one the metal shows at the one of the clubs I have a sound rig at and i will get you thoroughly intoxicated
