This list isn't meant to be super competitive, trying to use as many of my old harlequin models as possible along with my ulthwe force without just fielding the really bad harlequin units :(. Harlequin jetbikes as shining spears, death jesters as dark reapers, HW harlequins in the venoms, the original harlequin transport.)

Another thing I could do is combine the bike squads and drop the reaper exarch +trade out the archon for a naked haemonculus, then with those free points add a bike warlock with spear to the jetbike unit as another mobile AT threat.

Any blaring holes you guys can see in the list?

I would trim off some of the shining spears you don't want them to win combat by too much and be shot and counter charged ( or turn them into a bike counsel) also with the dark reapers I would try to have two small groups as opposed to one large one just to divvy up fire and so that it doesn't become a pie plate target. your dark elder archon is alone and there is no where for him to ride maybe turn one of the allied warrior into blaster born.

The glaring thing in your list is the con. A blastercon is not worth much of anything, even to man a quad gun. A farseer/any BS4+ model can do it. The blaster is pretty worthless for the short range if you plan on hiding with the reapers or vibro cannons. Just take a hamey if you want venoms that badly. If you get a hamey you can get wracks and a place for the hamey to go. If your dead set on the con, take a shadowfield and venom blade to have a counter charge gunner. Another HQ alterative is the baron to go with the shining spears. He slows them down a bit, but you can boost if you keep coherency, and you get stealth, grenades, +1 to go first, challenge chump and extra hit and run source.

Monster hunter is never a point killing power. Shining spears should always take that power. With it, you have decent odds to trash any MC in the game with a round of shooting+charge(your current setup will kill a stock wraithknight easy).

I always find that the larger you make your power units the more likly they become the target of mass fire.

I try to balance my dark reaper squads to have 3-4 , they seem less of a threat at least for a round or two. making them number 8 tells your opponent to focus shooting here.

I sugguest you break them into 2 units

dark reapers are going to get shot at. And they are already an expensive unit.

they seam very bad to me, or at least very bad compared to shadow weavers.
