Idea of this army is deploy devastators in the back field with the quad gun while placing the aegis line midway up the field.(assuming shooting army). turn one move rhinos and raider 6" and hop out guys against the newly placed midfield aegis line. Keeping at least one model within 6" of raider. for all squads. Up to 2 squads may then go to ground during my enemies shooting phase because the librarians may join the squad next turn to make them ignore the effects of gone to ground because of fearless. Libbies are also there as prescience spammers and are there to make sure if the enemy goes first turn 1 I have some protection against shots at my tanks. If against a melee army like tyranids or such my army would just setup in backfield with aegis line and proceed to open hell upon whatever happens to get within 24" of the wall and the las cannons would be serious MC killers. What do you think Dakka? I'm going for an army that uses the banner of devastation that isn't my ravenwing army.

How would you play objective game modes with it? Put the squads in the rhinos and zoom out last turn?

That would be my plan. Have the rhinos cruise around fire their bolters then cruise out to grab stuff. Land Raider also. Hell chickens may be annoying, but with a prescienced squad of devastators I should be able to nip that out of the sky. Have the libbies go join the devastators and everyone else get back in their rhino when the drakes show up so that I have protection though minor from the baal flamers
