Is there not a way for honor guard to take bikes? I am trying to build a list (at work) and I can't seem to find them being able too!? Thanks for the help.

I know the squad could in 5th for 90pts, and i don't think that it's changed for the 6th edition.

I remember that too but with the limited options I have at the moment, I can't seem to find the option for them to take bikes.

Unless I'm on a different page here, I am assuming that the actual honour guard in the 6th edition codex space marines can't take bikes and Command Squads can take them for cheaper than their 5th edition codex.

You are correct.

A Chapter Master's Honor Guard can't take bikes, and weren't able to in 5th either.

A Captain's Command Squad can indeed take bikes, and for cheaper now than they could in 5th.
