1st, this tactic only works with the current wording of Codex Grey Knights and codex inquisition. If this tactic is viable I fully expect both receive an errata as I doubt this is intended.
You can take a Primary detachment from Codex Inquisition, a Inquisitorial Detachment, and an Allied Detachment of Grey Knights.
Both your Primary Detachment and your Inquisitorial Detachment can have 2 inquisitors and 3 Inquisitorial Henchmen Warband from Codex Inquisition (CI:IHW) each.
You can take 1 Inquisitorial Henchmen Warband from codex Grey Knights in a Grey Knight detachment for each inquisitor in your army. These henchmen(GK:IHW), are elite choices that do not use up a FOC slot.
Because an Inquisitor in an detachment is an inquisitor in your army you can take 5 GK:IHW units if you take the maximum number of inquisitors in each detachment.
Because Your Primary detachment is from Codex Inquisition all Inquisitorial Henchmen Warbands are scoring units.
This mean with out any speical characters you can run the following list.
CI:Inquisitor (Primary Detachment)(HQ)
CI:Inquisitor (Primary Detachment)(HQ)
CI:IHW (Primary Detachment)(Elite)(Scoring)
CI:IHW (Primary Detachment)(Elite)(Scoring)
CI:IHW (Primary Detachment)(Elite)(Scoring)
CI:Inquisitor (Inquisitorial Detachment)(HQ)
CI:Inquisitor (Inquisitorial Detachment)(HQ)
CI:IHW (Inquisitorial Detachment)(Elite)(Scoring)
CI:IHW (Inquisitorial Detachment)(Elite)(Scoring)
CI:IHW (Inquisitorial Detachment)(Elite)(Scoring)
GK:Inquisitor (Allied Detachment)(HQ)
GK:IHW (Allied Detachment)(Elite)(Scoring)
GK:IHW (Allied Detachment)(Elite)(Scoring)
GK:IHW (Allied Detachment)(Elite)(Scoring)
GK:IHW (Allied Detachment)(Elite)(Scoring)
GK:IHW (Allied Detachment)(Elite)(Scoring)
GK:Strike Squad (Allied Detachment)(Troops)(Scoring)
That is 12 scoring units and a max of 147 model before transports. Not sure if that is possible in a game under 2000 points but if it is good luck deploying!

A primary detachment requires 2 Troops choices, of which Codex: Inquisition has none. Although I haven't seen the codex yet, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you can't take a primary detachment from this supplement.

1st and 2nd Company - 5000pts
86th Ultramar Regiment - 4000pts
Hive Fleet Kraken - 3000pts |

Coteaz's rule "Lord of Formosa" (which is cheese in some language I believe): In an inquisitorial detachment is includes inquisitor coteaz, all units of henchmen in the same detachment are scoing units, even if they are not from your primary detachment"

You can, actually. So you can take a primary, ally with yourself, and then take an Inquisitorial detachment. LOLWUT.

Coteaz
Inquisitor with 3 skulls and ML 1
3 inquisitors with ML1
108 heavy bolter/multimelta servitors.
5 man strike squad with psycannon.
Im at 1519...
This wasn't play tested at all.

Except you can only take 3 heavy weapon servitors per henchman unit (so 11 units x 3 = 33) and they mind lock if they do not have an inquisitor with them.

The only thing an the new codex can't be is an allied detachment. Thankfully for the best spam you don't want them to be any way becouse you want to sprinke in 5 GK:IHW instead of another three CI:IHW.
Also, don't take the grey knights version of coteaz becouse he breaks this list and I'm sure if he gets an errata to fix him that errata will also close the 5 GK:IHW loop hole that was created. You can take the CI version of Coteaz but his lord of Formosa rule adds nothing to the list builing part of this. His other special rules are nice though.
I'm working up an 1850 list full of stinky INQ cheese. Will post here when I'm done.
