The overlord joins the warrior squad to make them more durable, the dlord more like joins the destroyers but depends on game and opponent, the barges are for anti air

I would join the D-Lord to the Wraiths, he gives them a major boost to resiliency.

You will probably want to thin out those troop squads and give the infantry some Night Scythes.
