Now after reading that, i came up with a possible theory that is based only on my own thoughts, but could it be possible, forgotten or candiate to become a new Pheonix Lord?

I know the Lords are the epitome of each of the paths they represent, and Pathfinders are people who have left the path of the Eldar to go wondering, However Illics background reads like he has taken the role of Pathfinder to such a degree that he has forged new discipline.

I'm not so sure you could have a TRUE Aspect for the Path of the Outcast, even if there was somebody that could claim to be as powerful...they wouldn't have the support of the Eldar race to do so nor the armor that retains the memories of those before him.
