It's time I get a jetbike seer council, but I don't feel like shelling out $150 to get the Chapterhouse models, so I was looking at converting them.

I'm a little stumped on where to start though. I've got a handful of weapons that will fill the role, mostly High Elf bits from the noble kits. I'm not sure what to do about the bodies, and primarily the head. Has anyone got any suggestions?

The only way to get a plastic seer style head easily is from the crimson hunter kit... You get a smooth helm for the hemlock variant

It's little though. I would look at the Dark Eldar full masks that come with the Venom and Wytch kits.

Depending on your budget I would say:

Dark Eldar Bikes
Eldar Canopy
Dark eldar legs
Dark Elf Rider torsos (come with capes, also swords/soears depending on what you want your warlocks armed with)
For the heads... if you want the classic warlock head no other model seems to provide enough cost effective bits.
