When would I use this HQ? What type of list would I run. Seems pretty cool but can't think of when to take him over others.

Wrong Forum mate.

He actually does pretty well in a squad of DW Knights. His WS buff and Prescience fits well in that squad, while the T5 and the 3++ from the squad will help him out.

However, you can get similar results from a basic librarian in TDA and even a nice 3++ from a displacer field for only 10 pts more. Ezekiel does have an extra wound, extra attack and extra initiative...

Tough call.

I think hes a great buy. He has the statline of a company master (as he benifits from his own book), has artificer armor, and is a level three psyker for 145 points.

Point for point, hes a very good IC
