I took the armies that are all considered Desperate Allies in my collection and... Made them desperate allies!

Anyways, here is my list. One issue I am having is that I don't actually have a D.E. codex yet, so if somebody could enlighten me on what they cost in my list, please tell me! Also, any changes that you might make through this list.
My thoughts behind Allies is that if you double the F.O.C, you get double the allies. Is this right? I think this would be a fun list to play as long as it's not illegal.

Primary: Daemons

HQ: Lord of Change, Psyker 3, 2 Greater Gifts (Warlord)
HQ: Keeper of Secrets, Psyker 3, 2 Greater Gifts

Troops: 16 Bloodletters
Troops: 16 Daemonettes
Troops: 10 Plaguebearers
Troops: 10 Pink Horrors

Allied Detachment: Orks
HQ: Ghazghkull

Troops: 30 'Ard Boyz (Choppa/Slugga)

Fast Attack: Dakkajet, Flighta Ace, 3 Supa Shootas

Allied Detachment: Dark Eldar

HQ: Duke Sliscus
Troops: 10 Kabalites
D.T.V: Raider w/ The things to let them re-roll hits inside the vehicle. Can't remember the name

Troops: 10 Wyches w/ 2 Gauntlets and Haywire Grenades
D.T.V: Scourge? The smaller one of the vehicles.

With the Orks and the Daemons, I have a total of 1698 points. Do I have enough points to fit in all the Dark Eldar stuff? Please let me know!

For each Primary Detachment, you may take one Allied Detachment. If you take two Primary Detachments, these must both be from the same book. If you take two Allied detachments, they must both be from the same book.

So, you can take two of those races, but not three. You must pick Daemons and Orks, or Daemons and DE, or Orks and DE.

So, I would have to essentially take four armies if I wanted to do something like this? 2 separate Primary Detachments of Daemons and then the Orks and the D.E?
