Reasons:

Psybolt Ammo "A model equipped with..." Only the Transport is the model equipped with Psybolt ammo, the transported unit is not the same model in any way, Shape, or Form.

Psyflame Ammo: See Psybolt Ammo , but substitute Psyflame for Psybolt.

Preemptive Answer: No, Jokero upgrades do not effect Transports; the transport is not a member of the jokero's unit.
