Lots of Shuricannons against Av10-12 (Rhinos), three Fire Prisms and 2 Crimson Hunters that can take on tanks, the crimson hunters pull double duty against fliers, 21 Jetbikes should be enough against most Infantry.

The whole list can move very quickly, and I've got 5slots of scoring units, overall I think this seems like a solid list.

Ideas, criticism, namecalling?

Well, Jetbike units have a large foot print so that they are not so easy to hide. Are the Warlocks joining the Jetbike squads?

Yup.

Fire prisms are Better versus ap3 than tanks really. I think you would benefit from a squad of war walkers in this kind of list. Also I think you have too many jet bikes. Try and fit a couple of serpent squads in. That's my 2cents

i would drop a hunter or both to get some serpents.

While the Serpent is a fine piece of cheddar, it doesn't really add anything that the list doesn't have already, while the hunter offers some AA, and anti-AV, or am I not seeing something?

I would take 3 x6 man squads of bikes with 2 cannons each,
put a warlock with conceal in each, and with the rest of points
give seer MotLG and even the spirit stone of anath'an.
